- 2 cuP Maida
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/4 cup curd
- Water as required
Instructions to make to make Chole bhature
- Soak channe for 4~5. Hours
- Put the channe into cooker add bay leaf,cloves,dalchinni stick,tea bag, dry chilli and water as required
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles and then lower the flame and cook till done
- In a pan add oil, chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste
- Saute for a min
- Add onion and saute till golden brown
- Add tomato puree and seasonings
- Add 1/4th cup water and let the masala cook for 4 ~5 min
- Then add cooked channe and mix well add little water and cook for more 5 miN
- In another pan add 1 tsp of oil, ginger julliens and green chilli slits of 3 or 4 lightly saute this and put this on channe garnish with coriander
- In a bowl add all the ingredients of bhatura and water as required to make a dough
- Make a dough and rest for 1 hour
- Heat the oil and make bhautre
- Serve chole bhature and enjoy....
